Our class is 7-M and we are a student of Beacon house school system. Like every this year too the inter-section cricket tournament occurred and our class participated in it. I was the captain of the team, our match was against the toughest team in the tournament 7-Q. The toss was won by us and we chose to bowl first. Our opening bowler Usman bowled very well and took 4 wickets in an over. In the next over I took 3 wickets and the whole team was restricted at the low total of 15 runs and got the target of 16 runs. Our openers Asad and Taha played marvelously and the match was won by us in the 2nd over. Our next match was against 7-E and we won the toss and chose to bat first. Our team tumbled from the 1st over and no player was really able to play a true innings and so we were only able to give an easy target of 22 runs which was chased by the opponent team in the 2nd over and so our team lost and got out of the tournament. Basically it was my fault that our team lost but we all were happy that we participated and promised ourselves that we would try harder the next time and loosing and winning is the part of the game.
